Welcome! Now that you're here, it's time to see if your bid on tuition4me.org, our 2nd annual online college and high school tuition auction, is the highest. Check the bids under each high school, college or university listed on the left side of this page. If you're not the highest bidder, e-mail us at mybid@tuition4me.org to overbid. The winners may get a reduced price on any one of these fine high school and college tuition scholarships.

In 2009, there are two (2) scholarships each for Franciscan University and Wesley College that are up for bid. You can bid on one, or the other, or both. Let your family and friends know what's available on tuition4me.org. Stop back often.

tuition4me.org Auction Rules:

The Little Sisters of the Poor will conduct an online, real-time auction for these scholarships, and enable you to bid on them at a reduced price. The auction starts at 7:00 PM on Friday, April 17, 2009 and concludes at 7:00 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2009.

Visit www.tuition4me.org to view the scholarship amounts, the starting bids, and/or the highest bids (similar to other popular online auctions).

In order to place a bid, e-mail mybid@tuition4me.org. Once your bid is accepted, it will be posted at www.tuition4me.org. Check back often to see if your bid remains the highest, or, if overbid, you need to e-mail another bid.

All e-mail bids are time-stamped, and will be verified if they fall within the time constraints of the auction. No bids will be accepted before 7:00 PM on Friday, April 17, 2009, or after 7:00 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2009.

Once the auction closes at 7:00 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2009, the highest bidders will be notified by e-mail. Payment by check, payable to the Little Sisters of the Poor, or by VISA or MasterCard, is sent to Little Sisters of the Poor, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE, 19713.

After payment is received, the winner will receive a letter confirming him/her as the scholarship recipient. Concurrently, a letter will be sent to the high school, college or university with the recipient’s name, address, etc., notifying them of the official recipient. The full tuition value will be added to the recipient’s financial aid account at each high school, college or university.

tuition4me.org a Huge Success!

The 1st annual "tuition4me.org" tuition scholarship auction to benefit the work of the Little Sisters of the Poor was a terrific success! All six scholarships were awarded, with a net profit of $5,700 to assist with the Little Sisters in providing for the elderly of low income at Jeanne Jugan Residence in Newark, DE. Many thanks to the administrators at the participating colleges in 2008 for their foresight in helping both the Little Sisters in their mission, and college students in paying for their education. Look for bigger and better plans for "tuition4me.org" in 2009!
